Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 cups cooked rice (cooled)

Instructions

- Prepare vegetables by dicing cucumber and tomatoes while slicing red onion.
- Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and water to create a creamy dressing.
