  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 strips of crispy bacon

  • Honey dijon dressing (olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, dijon mustard)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in your chosen marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. On serving plates, layer the chopped romaine lettuce with grilled chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and bacon.
  5. Drizzle with honey dijon dressing just before serving.
