  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and evenly spread the filling. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
