  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

  4. Remove chicken and sauté onion, red bell pepper, and garlic in the same skillet for about 3–4 minutes.

  6. Mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Combine cooked chicken with sauce and drained pasta; mix well.
