Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups Panko crumbs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk in a large ziptop bag for at least 2 hours, ideally up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. Combine Panko crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  4. Remove pork from the marinade and lightly season with salt and pepper.
