  • 8 oz tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix well. Gradually incorporate sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
  5. Mix in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set.
