- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
Instructions

- Halve the spaghetti squash lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes until tender.
