  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium russet potato (or 1 cup frozen hash browns), shredded
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions
