Instructions

  2. Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, and rosemary; cook briefly to bloom the spices.
  3. Stir in corn kernels and pour in seafood stock; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Mix in heavy cream and whole milk until well combined.
  5. Fold in lump crab meat gently; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
