  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 2 cups homemade croutons
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (8-12 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, halved tomatoes, sliced avocado, croutons, and thinly sliced red onion.
  4. Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the salad mix. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
