Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped (about 8 cups)
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 2 cups homemade croutons
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (8-12 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, halved tomatoes, sliced avocado, croutons, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the salad mix. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
