  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 16 ounce jar cocktail onions, drained
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the drained cocktail onions into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in panko breadcrumbs with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, and remaining spices. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer.
  4. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining toasted breadcrumbs and garnish with parsley before serving.
