- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 16 ounce jar cocktail onions, drained
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Chop the drained cocktail onions into small pieces and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in panko breadcrumbs with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, and remaining spices. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer.
