Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; then add sugar, eggs (one at a time), sour cream or yogurt, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until blended.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake in a water bath for 60–70 minutes until edges are set.
