  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook until chicken is fully done.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey; toss well.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Assemble tacos by filling baked wonton cups with the chicken mixture and topping with slaw. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
