Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook until chicken is fully done.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey; toss well.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Assemble tacos by filling baked wonton cups with the chicken mixture and topping with slaw. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
