  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 & â…“ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 & â…“ cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add flour and whisk until well combined to create a roux.
  2. Gradually add beer and milk while whisking continuously. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and hot sauce.
  3. Cook for about five minutes until thickened.
