  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up four shallow dishes: one with milk, one with flour mixed with garlic and onion seasoning, one with ranch dressing, and one with panko mixed with dry ranch dressing.
  3. Dip each mushroom cap into milk, then coat it with the flour mixture, followed by ranch dressing and finally the panko mixture.
  4. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
