Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Create a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Prepare your fillings while the dough rises by mixing mozzarella cheese, chicken ham, turkey bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
- After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide into six equal portions. Roll each into a circle (approximately 6 inches).
