DMCA & Copyright Notice

At Plate Saga, we respect the rights of creators and expect the same from our visitors. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit valid takedown notices to our designated DMCA Agent.

As a service provider, we follow the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions, which limit our liability for copyright infringement claims when we act in accordance with the law.

How to Submit a Copyright Claim

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site without permission, please include the following in your written notice:

  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Description of Copyrighted Work – A clear description of the material you claim is infringed.
  3. Location of Infringing Material – The exact URL(s) of the content in question.
  4. Contact Information – Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (fax optional).
  5. Good Faith Statement – A statement confirming that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement – A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

⚠️ Important: Submitting false claims knowingly may result in penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f), including damages and legal fees.

📩 Submission: Notices should be sent through our Contact Page, with email recommended for faster processing.

By submitting a notice, you understand that your information, including contact details, may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter notification including:

  • Signature – Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Description – Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • Good Faith Statement – A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact Information – Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Jurisdiction Statement – Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or any district where the service provider operates if outside the U.S.) and agreement to accept service from the party who submitted the original DMCA claim.

📩 Submission: Counter notifications should also be sent via our Contact Page, with email preferred.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright violations seriously. Records of infringement notices are maintained, and repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently disabled.
